Birthday parties

We have a range of spaces available for birthday parties!

DANCE HALL SPACE

We have a hall/dance studio at £38.00 per hour that is ideal for younger children’s parties, games and bouncy castles. (No footballs) We have a bouncy castle to hire for £50 or you are welcome to bring in your own for which we charge £5.00 per hour for power. You are welcome to bring in your own food for which we make a cleaning surcharge of £15.00. We can provide tables for food, chairs for adults and soft play mats to eat your own food in a picnic style. You are welcome to bring your own soft play toys & games. This room has its own entrance and toilets away from the main centre. We allow up to 15 minutes each side of your booked time to set up and clear away.

BIRTHDAY PARTY HIRE

LARGE HALL SPACE

Our large hall is available to hire for £42.00 per hour for ball games, football, basketball, skating etc. This price includes hire of goals, balls and bibs. You are welcome to organise your own football game, or there is an instructor from Hinckley Borough who you can contact – Carl 07920 131767.

A roller-skating party can be held in this area. We have a limited availability of skates that can be hired on the day for £1.00 per pair or children are welcome to bring their own. No food or drink allowed in the Main Hall, you are welcome to hire the youth area to enjoy any food you are providing.

We allow up to 15 minutes each side of your booked time to set up and clear away, any extra time needed would have to be charged for.

We can provisionally book the room and hold it for 1 week for you. To secure the booking we need a 50% non-refundable deposit of the room hire cost. The balance to be paid a week before.

YOUTH AREA SPACE

Our main Youth Area is available to hire at £42.00 per hour (£21 per half), this has pool tables, a snooker table, table tennis, air hockey, table football, basketball, gaming systems and a cafe area to eat any food you are supplying, which would require the cleaning surcharge of £15.00.

Hire of both areas simultaneously is available for a charge of £63.00 per hour.

*** We kindly ask that you only use one area at a time (vacate the hall and move into the Youth Area once finished and vice versa to allow us time to clean each area for the next booking), unless paying for both areas simultaneously.

BMX Track and Skate Park

Our BMX Track and Skate Park are available to hire at £38.00 per hour. Bikes and scooters can be hired on the day for £2.00 each or children are welcome to bring their own. Helmets must be worn and can be supplied. You would always need to arrange for this area to be supervised by a responsible adult.

3G Pitches

We also have 3G Pitches for outdoor football at £42.00 per hour.

CLIMBING WALL

We also have a climbing wall and if you wish to book this for a party, these are available on a Saturday or Sunday, subject to instructors being available. Our charge is £139.00 for an hour and a half which includes two qualified instructors. This would be enough time for a maximum of 10 children to climb. After the climbing session you are welcome to use our youth area facilities including the cafe area at a cost of £42.00 per hour (£21.00 half an hour).
