Abbott Suite

IDEAL FOR OFFICE/MEETING SPACE AND CONFERENCES

The Abbott Suite is available for larger meetings, conferences or training courses from £30 per hour. There is use of a projector and screen and Tea/Coffee can be provided for £1.50pp half day/£3.00pp full day. Catering is self-catered and will incur a £22 cleaning surcharge.

We also hire the room with the bar and staff from 6pm till midnight at a cost of £147.00. We allow access to the room from 12pm so you have time to set up. Alternatively, you can hire the room for the whole day for £262.00 which gives you more decorating and set up time.

HIRE THE ABBOTT SUITE

The room holds 80 seated comfortably with a maximum of 120 standing.

We do not provide catering or decorations but you are welcome to bring in your own.

There is a security bond of £200 (Unless it’s for a 16^th, 18^th or 21^st) associated with the room and this needs to be paid a week before the party and is refunded on the following working day after the party subject to no damage or excessive ‘mess’

16^th Family parties only. £200 bond and £25 for extra bar staff to check ID

18th Family parties only. £1000 bond and doorman £150

21^st Family parties only. £500 bond and doorman £150

There are approx. 10 rectangle tables 1400 x 700 and only a few round tables 1100 diameter used for overflow. The amount you use on the day will depend on the numbers you are expecting.

Sticky tape and confetti of any kind (confetti balloons, party poppers, table confetti) is strictly prohibited. Use of these will result in us holding a percentage of the Bond for extra cleaning fees.

We can provisionally book the room and hold it for 2 weeks for you. To secure the booking we need a 50% non-refundable deposit of the room hire cost. The balance can be paid the week before.
