Key Link is a new free to access counselling service formed to offer on-line or
telephone counselling to any front-line and key-workers during the Covid-19 crisis,
including NHS staff but also any other key workers.
The impact of Covid-19 on front- line and key -workers has been immense. These
workers face the challenge of working in life threatening conditions with long hours,
immense stress, few breaks and distressed patients.
It is hard to imagine the mental impact they may face day in day out, let alone the
additional stress they face dealing with the crisis in their own everyday lives.
As a small gesture of our grateful thanks, over 100 counsellors have started a national
service offering free counselling to front -line and key- workers in recognition of the
essential service they provide at this time and our huge debt to them.
